Manufacturing experience is preferred; however we provide training. This a non-exempt position with pay at $21.00 per hour. 

What you should be good at

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting standardized work instructions, safety guidelines, and operating manuals.
• Strong practical judgment with the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Competent in basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Skilled in manual dexterity, with the ability to efficiently produce various products in a work cell environment.
• Effective team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced setting.
