At Deublin Company, we are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, cost accounting and business partnering functions. In this critical role, you will be a strategic partner to senior leadership, delivering financial insights and solutions that elevate performance and efficiency across our discrete manufacturing operations. How you will make a difference
- Leadership & Business Partnering: Lead and mentor the local finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Serve as a strategic business partner to local management, providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Financial Planning and Analysis and Cost Accounting: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes to align with corporate objectives and ensure precise financial planning. Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to track product costs accurately and improve profitability. Conduct variance analysis and communicate trends with actionable strategies to senior leadership.
- Financial Accounting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and company policies. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Manage audits, tax compliance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
What you should be good at
- Manufacturing Expertise: At least 2 years’ experience in discrete manufacturing (not process or batch manufacturing).
- Proven Experience: Minimum five years’ experience in finance or accounting, with at least two years in a leadership role.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of FP&A, cost accounting, and financial reporting principles.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Problem-Solving: A hands-on mentality with excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
