As a New Product Owner Software Solutions, you will shape the future of digital services by driving the development of innovative software products from idea to market readiness. How you will make a difference

• Drive Product Development: Own the end to end development of new software products in close collaboration with the Global Product Manager Digital Services, ensuring sustainable business value and customer impact.
• Translate Requirements: Convert customer and business needs into clear epics, features, and user stories using modern product management practices and tools such as Microsoft DevOps.
• Lead Agile Teams: Guide software development teams through agile methodologies, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Manage Delivery: Monitor project costs, timelines, and priorities to ensure successful and efficient product delivery.
• Connect Stakeholders: Act as the central interface between customers, UX/UI experts, software developers, and business stakeholders.
• Enable Innovation: Identify opportunities for new digital solutions and contribute to the creation of future focused software products.

What you should be good at

• Academic Background: You hold a university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
• Product Ownership Experience: You have proven experience in software product development, product ownership, or a related digital innovation role.
• Agile Expertise: You possess a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, Scrum methodologies, and modern software development processes.
• Analytical Thinking: You demonstrate innovative thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze complex business and technical challenges.
• Customer Focus: You combine a customer centric mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Oil & Gas, B2B, technology, or industrial sector is considered an advantage.
