Join us in driving Europe’s hydrogen transition by coordinating all aspects of the service process. You will help maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a rapidly growing, future-oriented environment.
How you will make a difference
- Plan Service Projects: Coordinate installation & commissioning schedules together with Project Engineers.
- Dispatch Technicians: Assign and manage field service resources while optimizing routes and appointments.
- Ensure Timely Execution: Monitor deadlines, service priorities, and project progress for smooth operations.
- Support Customers: Receive service requests and provide clear updates on scheduling, job status, and next steps.
- Connect Teams: Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support, Warehouse, and Procurement to ensure seamless workflows.
- Manage Administration: Maintain ERP/CRM data, prepare service reports, invoices, quotes, and documentation.
- Improve Processes: Support SLA compliance and identify opportunities to enhance service processes and efficiency.
- Drive Quality: Record customer feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
What you should be good at
- Technical Foundation: Completed training or degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
- Project Know-How: Experience in project management or coordinating technical tasks.
- Service Experience: Background in customer service, field service planning, or dispatching is a plus.
- System Confidence: Skilled in working with ERP/CRM systems and digital tools.
- Organizational Strength: Ability to structure tasks, prioritize, and multitask effectively.
- Communication Talent: Clear, friendly, and solution-oriented communication style.
- Independent Workstyle: Able to work autonomously with high reliability.
- Team Spirit: Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for problem-solving.
