Working Student (m/f/d) - Global Learning & Development (part-time)

Your Mission

Join our international Learning & Development team as a Working Student (m/f/d) and play an active role in shaping global personnel and leadership development initiatives. In this position, you will gain hands- on experience in managing learning portfolios, supporting development programs, and collaborating with international stakeholders.

How you will make a difference

  • Support Learning Management: Coordinate and organize our international   virtual and on-site trainings, including training logistics, participant management, sending materials, and tracking attendance and course completion.
  • Be the Contact Person for Participants: Handle inquiries, provide training materials, answer questions, and ensure smooth communication with internal participants and external trainers.
  • Contribute to People Development Initiatives: Assist in developing and delivering company-wide  people development initiatives by creating engaging content for communication and training.
  • Shape Internal Communication: Create appealing communication materials that help promote our learning portfolio and strengthen awareness across the organization.

What you should be good at

  • Academic Background: You are actively enrolled in a university program such as Economics, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field.
  • Teamwork & Ownership: You collaborate effectively in a team while also being able to take responsibility for your own tasks independently.
  • Structured & Reliable Working Style: You bring a dependable and organized  approach to your work.
  • Language & Digital Skills: You are a native or fluent English speaker and experienced with MS Office and digital collaboration tools. First experience with a Learning Management System is an advantage.
  • Previous Work Experience: Initial experience gained through an internship or a student job is a plus.
